A graduate of a small liberal arts college in the Pacific Northwest, I’ve spent the past several years splitting my time between the United States and Japan, both as a student and as an English teacher. I recently graduated from a well-known Japanese fashion school and am currently working in Tokyo.
This is my fourth year in Tokyo, which marks the first time in a decade that I’ve stayed in one place for longer than a year. However, at the moment, I’m not planning to settle down in Japan for good. My wanderlust hasn’t been sated completely yet.
The picture in my header is from a trip that I took to Ise Shrine in September 2006.
